Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to referring agencies, their employees and their clients as well as any applicants receiving services, donations or supports from Boost a Foster Family.

You agree to use the donated items solely to further a purpose or service related to assisting foster families. you may not sell, trade, barter or otherwise transfer the donated items in exchange for money, property or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost a Foster Family, its donors, its affiliates, and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, counsels, successors, and assigns from and against any loss, cost, damage, expense, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in connection wiht any and all claims, including third party claims, that result from or relate to Boost a Foster Family’s negligence or willful misconduct, or the manufacturing of the products donated by Boost a Foster Family.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Boost a Foster Family does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination from its Board of Directors, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and providing of services.
