We get it! You’re busy! Our hope is that with only 1 hour with us, we can save you time going forward avoiding nagging phone calls and emails asking for more info or clarification. So, we are offering a mandatory Training for all DCS, Licensing, Care Portal, etc staff — anyone who works with Kinship Foster Families wanting to place requests with Boost.
Mandatory? But what about those of us who have been submitting requests for a few years? We have made some changes of late to streamline processes and we want all of you to avoid common pitfalls when placing a request.
